The following works are in-house tapestries and will not be shown during the three week exhibit. These in-house tapestries are those remaining in Chief’s public collection. (Chief stopped working in the mid-90s) They will resume permanent exhibition in the gallery on July 29th.

Chief has pulled the 22 pieces from a family collection
for this current three week exhibit and they are for sale.
Images of this exhibit will not be on the gallery website.
Viewing therefore must be at the gallery.

Herbal-dyed cotton-cord appliqué on canvas;
applied with animal hide glue and set with a heavy slab of stone.
